Oktoberfest, Country Road, Princess of Pop, Club Classics Orchestra, Nightmare In The Square, Raver Tots and Southampton Pride Fundraiser Cabaret Du Chaos will be taking place in Guildhall Square between 23 October and 1 November.
The public Opening Hours for these event are
Friday 23 October: Oktoberfest 6.30pm - 11pm
Saturday 24 October: Oktoberfest 12.30pm - 5.30pm and 6.30pm - 11pm
Sunday 25 October: Country Road Barn Dance 4pm - 10pm
Friday 30 October: Club Classic s Orchestra R&B Special 5pm - 11pm
Saturday 31 October: Raver Tots 1pm - 3pm
Saturday 31 October: Nightmare On The Square 4pm - 11pm
The site build will commence on Monday 19 October and will be clear by the end of Wednesday 4 November.
We appreciate that these events may cause some inconvenience, but we hope that this will be outweighed by the significant benefits that the event will bring to the city and local community, with visitors discovering all the wonderful things Southampton has to offer.

Circle Events
Southampton Remembrance Service and Parade
Sunday 8 November | 10:30 - 12:30
Everyone is welcome to attend the City’s annual Remembrance Service to honour those who have lost their lives in conflict and service to their country.
The Service will be preceded by a Veterans and Military Parade and the Lord Mayor’s Civic Procession, making its way from Guildhall Square to the Cenotaph in Watts Park, where the Remembrance Service will take place.
Road Closures
To facilitate the event, there will be some road closures around Guildhall Square and the Cenotaph on Sunday 8 November between 07:00 - 14:00
Above Bar Street, between the junction of New Road and Cumberland Place.
Commercial Road, between the junction of Havelock Road and Above Bar Street.
West Marlands Road. Loading bays suspended.
Gibbs Road.
Parking Closures
Civic Centre Car Park will be closed from 05:00 - 13:00. No public parking. Please use other city centre parking.
Above Bar Street. Loading bays suspended. Bus stops suspended.
Commercial Road. All on-street parking, blue badge, motorcycles and Enterprise Car Club bays on Commercial Road will be suspended. No public parking. Bus stops suspended
During the closures buses will be diverted. Please check with the Bus operator for temporary changes.
